Carolyn comes from a large family of nine
children and grew up in Preston, Idaho. She earned a Bachelor of Science
Degree in English and also a Master of Education Degree in Instructional
Media from Utah State University in Logan, Utah.
For 38 years Carolyn worked
in the public schools of Idaho as an English teacher, drama teacher, and
as a librarian. To her credit she has directed 45 plays and musicals in
the schools and communities where she has taught and lived.
She has a great husband, three handsome
sons, and ten darling grandchildren. She and her husband retired
June 1, 2006, and are having a great time doing whatever they please.
Carolyn entered Seven Sisters in the 2004 LDS Film Festival.
It was chosen as one of the 12
finalists.
She is now writing Seven Sisters into a
novel, which is in the editing stage as of January 2008. |
